Best Companies Group 2014
Coast was recognized as a winner of Best Places to Work in Collections in 2014, which is a program designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry. This award program was created and facilitated by insideARM.com and Best Companies Group. ARM companies from across the country entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Collections 2014. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated companies workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience with their work environment, relationships with supervisors, training and development, pay and benefits, and the overall employment experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and final rankings.
Coast recently received notification from Inc. Magazine that, for a third year in a row, it would be included in the Inc. 500|5000 list of America’s fastest growing companies. Its national ranking of 778 is based on the company’s revenue growth over the last two years. On this same list, Coast was named as the 10th fastest growing private company in the State of Louisiana and 47th nationally of the Financial Services companies on the list.
